Plastic ‘Rola-Trac’ flooring
The ‘entry’ level flooring system, raising the carpet 17mm off of ground level to allow the majority of rainwater to soak away into the ground without being absorbed by the carpet. Constructed from plastic panels that interlock, this flooring system follows the contours of the ground that you lay it onto.
'Easy-lay' wooden flooring
The first of our wooden flooring systems, using our highly regarded floor board and a new slimline aluminum extrusion, the flooring system is raised 42mm above the ground level. This flooring system does follow the general contours of the underlying ground conditions, but can be generally packed to fill in large dips.
Timber sub-structure flooring
The original timber flooring system from Roder UK, using our highly regarded floor boards suspended on 50mm x 50mm and 80mm x 80mm timber bearers. Offering an overall high above ground level of 150mm. Utilising an aluminium extrusion to join the boards together and to finish the ends of the flooring. This flooring system is easy to pack, and offers a weight loading of 500kg/m².
Steel sub-structure flooring
The next step up from the well regarded timber sub-structure flooring system, this system utilizes a similar system of timber boards and aluminium extrusions, however this floor system uses steel bearers instead of timber bearers. Offering less flex, and therefore less ‘bounce’ in the floor boards. Easy to pack, and available with optional weights to anchor the marquees on spans of upto 10m wide in our ‘Party Tent’ and ‘Holiday Tent’ range of marquees.
Cassette flooring
Designed to be a quick and easy floor system to install, the Cassette flooring uses a ‘top hat’ aluminum extrusion across the width of the marquee with either 3m or 5m floor boards that drop straight into position. The floor boards have an aluminium framework with anti-skid treated plywood inserts. Offering a simple and easy way to install a level floor quickly, the Roder UK cassette flooring is a great addition to any inventory.
Compact flooring
A revelation in flooring systems. The Roder UK Compact flooring system offers a simple and easy way to utilize a single floor system across many sizes of marquee. The main advantage and feature of the Compact floor system is the ability to anchor the marquee using just the weight of the floor system, without the need for stakes. On marquees upto 10m span the flooring itself is sufficiently heavy to weight the marquee without any additional weights. For marquees over 10m span we can provide additional attractive weights that attach to the outside of the floor system on the ‘braced’ bays of your marquee, once again removing the need to stake the marquee to the ground.
The compact floor system uses a combination of 1m x 1m and 2m x 1m floor boards, allowing you to use a combination to cover any span of marquee. The steel ringbeam comes in 1m, 2m, 3m and 5m pieces to allow you to fit the flooring into a variety of marquee sizes. The marquees attach directly to the special flooring baseplates, which are removable, enabling you to have a genuinely multi-purpose flooring system.
Heavyweight flooring.
The ‘King’ of the Roder UK floor systems, this floor system uses large boards of 5m x 2.5m or 10m x 2.5m to enable quick and easy flooring of larger marquees. This floor system can be used with stakes, or with optional weights which are affixed underneath the floor boards.
