Wood Floor - EASY

The wooden floor boards are from planed pine boards with tongue and groove. With 2.2 cm thick floor boards, this design offers stability, security and protection. The underside is a hardwood bar to complete the board construction, this increases the load capacity of the wooden floor system. The extrusion on the ends of the floor are smooth and at the joins of the board is an extrusion that the boards slot into. In the wooden floor ‘easy’, first the tent and Hall construction are installed. This is followed by the floor system. Excluded are the highlights of the Roeder C-TENT series. Here, you can click on a foot adapter can be used.

Wood Floors with a Timber Substructure

The wood floor plates are made from planed pine boards with tongue and groove. With 2.2 cm thick floor boards, this design offers the stability, security and protection. The underside is a hardwood bar to complete the board construction, this increases the load capacity of the wooden floor system. The wooden boards on the edges are smooth and at the end are routed to fit the slot in the aluminium extrusion. With the substructure of treated hard wood, the front of the tent or hall system needs to be installed can be compensated for unevenness. The resulting cavity can be used as a supply network for cables or hoses.

Wooden Floors with Steel Substructure

The substructure of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles can be installed quickly and easily. With the appropriate foot adapter for the respective RÖDER tent and hall system, a static unit is created, which can be installed without anchoring using the inbuilt ballast weights. The wooden floorboards are made of planed spruce boards with tongue and groove. With 2.2 cm thick floor boards, the construction provides stability, safety and protection. As a safety device, a hardwood strip is installed, which is connected by means of screws. This increases the resilience of the wooden floor system. The plates are smoothed at the ends of the sides and are routed at the end of the board to insert them into the aluminium extrusions.

Cassette flooring

The cassette floor is a high-quality and visually pleasing floor system. The floor cassettes are connected to the joint by an intermediate profile and do not have to be additionally supported due to the inherent stability. The cassette floor can be easily installed by hand. To improve the stability and to reduce the risk of slipping, the floor plates have a surface of non-slip plywood. With the appropriate foot adapter for the respective RÖDER tent and hall system, a static unit of cassette floor and tent construction is created.

Heavy Duty Floor

The heavy load floor can only be installed by machine. The standard forklifts for installation as well as for logistics and transport are used to manoeuvre each floor panel. The individual floor panels are connected by means of underlaid connecting plates. Additional substructures are necessary every 250 cm to avoid vibrations and to allow higher pressure loads. Due to the high stability, the heavy-load floor can easily be operated with heavy equipment up to 3.5 tonnes. This offers many advantages for use in event, industry and exhibition areas. A static unit is created with the appropriate foot adapter for the respective RÖDER tent and hall system.
